IOC Board President Barbara Dickason completes the inaugural Leadership Carmel class, celebrating public art and love during Covid through their “Hearts of Carmel” legacy project, which raised $70,000 to be divided between the Carmel Woman’s Club Scholarship program and the city of Carmel’s future Leadership Carmel program.
