Benefitting the Community-Carmel Magazine Spring 2024

Thrifting (shopping at stores carrying gently used items at a reduced price) has become very popular recently, especially since Covid and the rise in the cost of living. Joining Hands Benefit Shop, is the “fundraising arm” of Interfaith Outreach of Carmel. It is one of three thrift or benefit shops located in Carmel Rancho Square, lovingly called “Benefit Row.” A fourth is located on Carmel Valley Rd. The four neighboring shops garnered the attention of the writers of Carmel Magazine. You’ll find the article is on pages 135-139.
